Fry the yellow onion, garlic and chili in butter in a large frying pan. The yellow onion should become soft. Add the mushrooms and let them brown.

Stir in tomato paste, paprika powder & onion powder. Sauté for a few more minutes. Pour in the cream, white wine vinegar and vegetable stock cube. Simmer until the sauce is smooth and simmering \\u2013 not too thin and not too stubby. Fold in the halloumi together with the chives and parsley. Pour on soy sauce if you want it darker in color. Season with salt and pepper.

5dl cooking cream
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2dl chives
1dl fresh parsley
1-2 tsp soy sauce
